| These rates are for guidance only as previously booked rentals may require adjustment to span two months. They are for the use of up to 4 bedrooms for 4 weeks. Add $2,000 per month in high season and $1,000 per month in low season for the use of the 5th & 6th bedrooms. Take 20% off if the rental does not exceed 2 persons. Some utility costs may apply. Government hotel tax at 7% is due on all rentals. |

- All rental rates are based on two persons per bedroom and are subject to change.
- The suite to the east of the pool is only included when all five suites are rented. This king suite has an additional twin bedded room - best suited for children or for setting up a nursery. Both share the one bathroom.
- Normal rentals are 7 nights but shorter stays are considered.
- A 10-night minimum rate is required for dates that include both Xmas and NY in one rental.
- A 4-wheel drive rental car or jeep is recommended for Summer Heights rentals
